Processing

Orders placed on business days are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. After the shipping label is created, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Options and rates

We ship from a facility located in the US using a tracked service. Delivery usually takes up to 5 business days from the shipment date. Orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping; under that amount, a flat shipping fee applies and is displayed at checkout.

Currently, we only deliver to addresses located within the United States.

Packaging and stability

Products are supplied as lyophilized powder, which stays stable at room temperature during standard transit. Every order is packed securely and discreetly.

Issues in transit

If tracking shows no movement or the package is reported as lost, please contact support@retatrutide-peptide.bizus. We will file a claim with the courier and provide one complimentary replacement for each lost order. For damaged shipments, please send photographs within 7 days of receipt, and we will replace the damaged items.
