Accepted payments

When you reach checkout, the payment options open to you will be displayed.

Billing descriptor

The charge will appear on your statement under our billing descriptor, which is provided on the order confirmation. If you don't recognize it, please contact us before opening a dispute; we usually respond to most inquiries within one day.

Authorization

By paying, you confirm that you are permitted to use the chosen payment method and that the billing information you provided is accurate. If we are unable to verify your details, orders may be held for verification.

Failed or duplicate charges

When a payment attempt is declined, it may show up as a pending authorization, but it will clear on its own within a few business days. If you notice two charges for the same order, email us and we will remove the duplicate immediately.

Chargebacks

Please contact us support@retatrutide-peptide.biz before you file a dispute with your bank. If the issue is legitimate, we will refund or replace promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure and referral to collections.

Taxes

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout according to the shipping destination.
