30-day guarantee

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right—either a replacement or a refund, whichever you choose.

What can be returned

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item's price. For safety and quality reasons, we can't accept returns of opened vials. That said, if an item arrives damaged or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, we'll replace it or refund your money with no return required.

Initiating a return

E-mail support@retatrutide-peptide.biz using your order number and a short reason for the return (photos help if the item arrived damaged). We'll reply with instructions within one business day. Please don't send anything back until we've given you the go-ahead.

Refund timing

After we receive the return or approve the claim, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We only refund original shipping fees when the return is due to our mistake.

Incorrect address or delivery failure

If your package is sent back to us because the address you provided was incorrect or delivery could not be completed, we'll reship it at your expense, or we can refund the product price minus shipping charges.

Lost packages

If the tracking information shows your package is lost in transit, let us know. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send one free replacement for that order.
